SOTI Corporate Office – We blend Architecture with Nature

Our team designed the Asia headquarters of SOTI Inc. to support over 450 employees within a dynamic, future-ready workplace. Built around the theme “Workspace for Innovation,” the office encourages collaboration, learning, and creativity at every level.

The layout balances focused work zones with collaborative spaces and breakout areas, enabling seamless idea exchange. Abundant natural light, combined with a neutral grey base and vibrant accent colours, energises the environment and enhances productivity.

Result

Each zone features distinct materials and finishes— from a bold, design-led reception with stone textures, metal ceilings, and curved glass, to open workstations with exposed RCC ceilings and acoustic panels. Informal areas such as the cafeteria, gym, and recreation zones create a relaxed, people-centric work culture.
